2. Consummation of the contract Your order is authoritative.
3. Power of revocation You may cancel your contract declaration within 2 weeks without giving any reasons. 4. Subject to change of prices, products and delivery We reserve the right not to accept an order as well as not to execute a order in case the item is not available. In this case we notify you immediately and refund your payment.
5. Age of consent With his order the customer confirms his age of consent.
6. Retention of title The delivered good is our property until full payment regardless of the expiry of the opposition period.
7. Defects in the goods Should a delivered item be faulty we will put things right immediately, under the statutory provisions. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
8. Copyright All files on the website, photos, graphics and texts are protected by copyright. Storing, disclosure or other processing of data, photos, graphics and texts is strictly prohibited and requires permission of the copyright holder. Contravention will be prosecuted.
